Our refund policy is as follows:

  2. If you are still not happy with our service, please apply for the refund within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  3. We can’t guarantee satisfaction where there is third party involvement, for obvious reason, as we can’t control third party issues.
  4. If the project in question involves multiple stages or modules, and if you are not happy with any particular stage, then refund would be applicable for that stage and next stage(s). Refund would not be applicable for previous stage(s).
  5. Refund, if accepted, will be done within seven (7) working days from the date of acceptance.
